BBTrain Refund Policy
Effective and last updated: September 6, 2026
BBTrain generally operates a no-refund policy, subject to the exceptions and applicable-law protections below. This policy does not promise an automated refund process.
Changes of mind and learner availability
A learner changing their mind, missing a class, or becoming unable to attend does not normally qualify for a refund. Learners should review the course description, schedule, requirements, and cohort information before paying.
Minimum enrollment and delay
Each cohort requires at least 10 paid learners to begin and accepts no more than 20 learners. If the minimum is not reached by the planned start date, BBTrain may delay or reschedule the cohort while preserving the paid enrollment. That delay alone does not create an automatic refund entitlement, except where required by applicable law.
Incorrect or duplicate payment
If you believe a payment was duplicated, charged incorrectly, or associated with the wrong transaction, contact BBTrain promptly. BBTrain will review the enrollment and payment records and coordinate any appropriate correction through the external payment provider. No automated correction or refund workflow is currently promised.
Cancellation or inability to provide service
If BBTrain or the instructor cancels a course rather than rescheduling it, or if the paid service cannot reasonably be provided, contact support for review. Any available remedy will depend on the circumstances, payment status, services already delivered, and applicable law.
Applicable rights and requesting review
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law. To request review, email support@bbtrain.ca with the account email, course, cohort, and relevant payment reference. Do not send full payment-card details.
