BBTrain Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of BBTrain, the operating brand of ORBIT HOLDINGS CORPORATION, an Ontario legal entity, and a platform through which independent instructors offer cohort-based educational courses. By using BBTrain, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Enrollment is also subject to the Refund Policy; instructors are additionally subject to the Instructor Terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity through your account and must notify support of suspected misuse. A minor may use BBTrain only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Courses and instructors

Courses are created and delivered by independent instructors and must be approved through BBTrain's workflow. Courses contain 6–12 classes and have a minimum tax-inclusive price of CAD $200. Instructor qualifications and descriptions provide context but do not guarantee employment, income, licensing, immigration outcomes, professional recognition, or acceptance by an employer or institution.

Enrollment, payment, and cohort start

Enrollment is associated with a selected cohort after BBTrain verifies the applicable payment status. Each cohort requires at least 10 paid learners to begin and accepts no more than 20 learners. If fewer than 10 paid learners are enrolled by the planned start, BBTrain may delay or reschedule the cohort while preserving valid enrollments. A delay alone does not create an automatic refund entitlement, except where required by applicable law.

Schedules, live classes, and attendance

Class schedules may change through authorized rescheduling or cancellation workflows. BBTrain Live provides interactive video and audio classes through its controlled meeting service when enabled. BBTrain tracks attendance using join, leave, connection, and periodic heartbeat metadata; it does not use those signals to measure attention, camera use, or microphone use. BBTrain does not currently offer or store class video/audio recordings.

Assessments, certificates, and ratings

Where offered, assessments are multiple-choice and automatically graded under the course's published rules. A BBTrain certificate records platform course completion; it is not a university degree, government licence, regulated professional credential, or guarantee of recognition. Eligible learners may submit fixed-question ratings. Public instructor ratings use aggregated stars; optional written comments remain available only to BBTrain administrators.

Conduct and prohibited use

You must interact professionally and must not harass others, disrupt classes, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, upload malicious or unlawful material, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, scrape restricted data, or misuse BBTrain, course resources, assessments, certificates, or live-class links.

Content and intellectual property

Instructors remain responsible for and retain rights they hold in their submitted course materials, while granting BBTrain the permissions reasonably needed to host, display, deliver, secure, and administer those materials. Learners receive only a personal course-use right and may not redistribute instructor resources. BBTrain owns or licenses its platform software, branding, site design, and platform content. Third-party services and links remain subject to their own terms.

Availability, enforcement, and disclaimers

BBTrain works to provide reliable access but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, courses and the platform are provided without guarantees of particular educational, career, financial, or professional outcomes. BBTrain may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or remove courses for security risks, unlawful conduct, policy violations, or material breach, while respecting rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, governing law and applicable rights

BBTrain may update these Terms prospectively and will identify the current effective date. Material changes may require renewed notice or acknowledgement where appropriate. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
